As an individual who’s used and as a coach who’s recommended and walked leaders through many different professional assessments, I am excited to facilitate the OoV assessment for 1:1 and corporate/group coaching clients.

The Ontology of Value training that Natalia provides outlines how to provide end users with clear instructions and with data that are helpful for creating meaningful goals and achievable action items. Natalia also spends time training all prospective assessors about the how and the why behind the assessment. 

The deep knowledge she shares about what led to the creation of Ontology of Value, as well as the scientific process applied to building the structure of the questions and results dashboard mean a lot as we all find ourselves having to approach everything that’s presented to us with at least some skepticism and uncertainty, given the state of the rapidly evolving world we inhabit.
