She built Ontology of Value®: the high-end career incubator helping professionals and teams self-navigate and subvert all expectations in the AI era. She is a researcher, academic lecturer, speaker, author, blogger, and startup mentor. She is also a speaker, speaking on the Future of Work, the evolving human–AI symbiosis, business and job market anthropology, and global trends in organizational design.

Natalia graduated from the College of Inter-Faculty Individual Studies in Mathematics and Natural Sciences at the University of Warsaw, Poland, with three MS titles: in Physics, Mathematics, and Psychology. Thereafter, she obtained a PhD in Computational Neuroscience at the Donders Institute for Brain, Cognition, and Behavior, in Nijmegen, the Netherlands.

In 2018, she launched a public foundation, Stichting Solaris Onderzoek en Ontwikkeling, aiming to help early-career researchers find new careers in industry.

In 2019, she founded and developed a career incubator and accelerator, Ontology of Value®: an R&D, EdTech, and consulting company that conducts independent research on the fast-changing job market. Natalia and her team build tools and practices to help professionals self-navigate in the job market, craft their dream careers, and help businesses create synergistic, healthy, and happy teams in times of AI.

Within the company, she developed the flagship project: Ontology of Value® Test, a robust aptitude test built using a combination of psychometrics and machine learning that helps professionals and students discover their competitive advantage in the job market and find optimal career paths and assists teams in developing synergy and bringing performance to the next level. She now uses Generative AI to upgrade the test to a fully automated self-navigating tool, allowing users to reposition themselves dynamically in the current job market.

Even though she chose to work in the open job market, Natalia remains a researcher at heart and believes in the compatibility of science and entrepreneurship. Besides her work, she also authors books, leads a YouTube channel and creates educational blogs. She documents her personal journey at her personal blog nataliabielczyk.com in her free time.

In recent years, Natalia has also developed a broad personal network in IT and biotech industries, from startups to corporations, both within the Netherlands and abroad. She also gives workshops and public talks internationally.

Alina Bielczyk, the CMO, is an expert in Electrical Engineering with 30+ years of working experience as a Quality Manager in the automotive and aviation industries. Throughout her career, Alina gained broad experience managing international teams on multiple organizational levels. 

Andrzej Kupiński

Andrzej Kupiński, the Head of Sales, holds an MS in Electrical Engineering and a postdoctoral title in insurance and financial consulting. He has 25+ years of experience in HR consulting in insurance and financial markets and 15+ years of experience in management in the energy industry.
