The main content creator is Dr. Natalia Bielczyk. Natalia is a researcher with a background in Medical Physics, Applied Mathematics, and Psychology (3xMS obtained from University of Warsaw), and Computational Neuroscience (PhD obtained from the Donders Graduate School, Radboud University Nijmegen Medical Centre).
In 2018, she established Stichting Solaris Onderzoek en Ontwikkeling, an international non-profit organization with ANBI status that helps researchers in getting better mentoring in academia and in transfers to industry. In 2019, she authored the book “What Is out There For Me? The Landscape of Post-PhD Career Tracks“. In free time, she blogs on jobs, careers, and science.
Natalia has broad experience in helping academics and industry professionals in career development. In 2017-2019, she worked as a Career Development & Mentoring Manager in the Organization for Human Brain Mapping Student & Postdoc Special Interest Group. She was coordinating the OHBM International Online Mentoring Program and organizing international symposia dedicated to mentoring and career development. She also holds Basiskwalificatie in Onderzoekstages (BKO), a Dutch professional academic teaching qualification.
In recent years, Natalia has also developed a broad personal network in IT and biotech industries, from startups to corporations, both within the Netherlands and abroad.

Throughout her career, Alina gained broad experience in managing teams on multiple organizational levels.
Technical team

Aaron Samuel is a backend Web Developer and a part-time Creative Writer. He is a self-made success who first learned how to code using his Nokia Symbian phone. Today, he works in PHP, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, MySQL, and WordPress building websites and web apps for projects around the globe. With a degree in Physics Education, he is also familiar with statistics and data science – which he often integrates in his web creations. In free time, he trains boxing, plays as a DJ, writes poems, and reads tech news.

Idenyi Joseph Ilemona is a frontend developer with plans to become a full-stack developer in the future. He currently studies Industrial Technology at Federal University of Technology Minna (a.k.a. FUTMINNA), Minna, Nigeria.
In his free time, he enjoys drawing and playing drums. He is also planning to learn photography.

Lukas Ragėnas is a frontend Web Developer and a student of Software Engineering at the Vilnius Tech University, Lithuania. He works with HTML, JavaScript, and CSS, but mostly specializes in WordPress, one of the most popular content management systems. He works in a Vilnius-based company as a WordPress developer, and freelances on the side, which gives him a great opportunity to work with people from all over the world. He spends most of his free time learning, which lets him improve his skills every day.

Joanna Szakoła is a photographer, educator, and coach with a degree in Human Resources. She specializes in portrait, business, women’s fashion, and photojournalism photography. She photographed fashion shows, book promotions, meetings with famous people, such as Jasiek Mela or Bovska. He also has experience in creating photoreports from public events such as classical music concerts, sports events, or company opening days. She says about herself, “I love to capture emotions. I am where people are.” Publications: Traveler National Geographic, Imirage Magazine, Malvie Magazine, Like a Lion Magazine, Horizont, BEYONDall, Soho Fashion Magazine, and others.
