Discover the job market potential of your employees, job candidates, or clients: order a bundle of the Ontology of Value® Test access codes for them! This is the “SUPERVISED” version of the package, which means that after making a purchase you will receive a batch of unique, individual test access codes for the Supervisor (recruiter / coach / Team Leader). The test Supervisor can hand the access codes to test participants, set individual deadlines for them to complete the test, and decide whether they will receive the “Professional” or the “Student” version of the test. The Supervisor can view each test participant’s results and decide whether they can view their personal results as well. With a unique personal access code, test participants can complete and submit the test at their own individual pace. If they do not complete the test the first time, they can return to it at any time using their personal access links and access codes. Their previous answers will be saved and they can modify them until they submit the test for evaluation. However, they can only submit the test for evaluation once. All participants will receive detailed instructions for using the test by email. You can find more information about this test package and other available packages HERE. Once the test results are displayed on the screen, we remove the participants’ partial answers to the questions and their personal assessment from our database (we only keep your billing information in case of further correspondence, see our GDPR Policy for more information). You can choose any number of tests between 1-200. If you purchase 10 or more tests, you will receive a progressive discount (more details below):
